Mario Hinojosa Obituary

Mario Hinojosa, age 31 of Centerville, passed away Wednesday, April 06, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.

Mario was born on June 3, 1984 in Corpus Christi, Texas, the son of Ray and Catarina (Villanueva) Hinojosa II.

He loved to listen to country music, especially Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart." He very much enjoyed working with his hands, and taking things apart. He loved to sing and dance. Mario also enjoyed wrestling with his family members. He was always a happy person, with a smile on his face, but often worried about having batteries for his head phones.

Mario is survived by his parents, Ray and Catarina Hinojosa II of Corpus Christi, Texas; his maternal Grandparents, Raul (Maria) Serna of Corpus Christi, Texas; his paternal Grandparents, Raymond (Olga) Hinojosa of Corpus Christi, Texas; his siblings, Ray (Jessica) Hinojosa III of Centerville, and Kimberly (Christopher) Sadler of Centerville; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Hinojosa; nephew, Dylon Ward Hinojosa; and Great Grandmother, Emma Parker.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 10:00AM at Lange Funeral Home in Centerville with Pastor Brad Dittmer officiating. Lange Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with caring for the family.
