Micaela L. Wilson of Columbia, MO passed away January 9, 2016 at her home in Columbia.

Micaela (Marjorie) was born June 17, 1934 in Concord, IL to Glen and Lela Eagle of Moulton, IA. Micaela worked most of her life in nursing and retired as a nursing home administrator.

Her family moved to Moulton when she was very young and she spent most of childhood growing up in Moulton.

Micaela was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charles Eagle and sisters Nadine (Graham) Eagle and June (Brinegar) Eagle.

Micaela is survived by a sister, Reisa Jansen (Bob Stroh) of Houston, TX, sister-in-law Betty Eagle of Ottumwa, IA and three sons and two daughters, Edward Alviso, Jr (Jerrie) of Liberty, MO, Donna Pecina (Rick) of Grain Valley, MO, Roderick Alviso (Debbie) of Columbia, MO, Richard Wilson (Olympia) of Kearney, MO and Mendi Awai of Columbia, MO. Micaela also is survived by twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton, IA at 11:30AM on Thursday, January 14, 2016. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Compassus, 30501 I-70 Drive SE, Columbia, MO 65201. Memorials may also be mailed to Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544. Condolences may be shared online at www.langefh.com. Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville has been entrusted with caring for the family.

Deepest sympathy to all family. I always enjoyed talking to Mickey and listening to stories about her life, when visiting Debbie and Rod. She was a very caring lady and will be missed. We are sad she is gone, but happy Mickey got what she wanted, to go home and be with the Lord.
